are your products non-toxic? what do you use to scent them?
yes! we use 100% soy wax & a mix of essential and fragrance oils all free of phthalates, parabens, prop 65 chemicals, acute toxins, reproductive toxins, carcinogens and mutagens.
we are made better™ certified which means we had to go through an extensive application process to attest that our products are sustainably sourced, eco-friendly and contain no toxic ingredients.
how long should I let my candle burn for?
depending on the candle, no longer than 4 hours at a time. the first burn of your candle is the MOST important. candle wax has a “memory” meaning that if you don’t allow your candle to reach a full melt pool, it will burn unevenly and tunnel. most candles reach a full melt pool by 3 hours. for dough bowls, it can take up to 4 hours for them to.
please do not burn your candle to the very bottom of the vessel. leave 1/4”-1/2” in the bottom for safety purposes.
what’s your return/exchange policy?
due to most of our products being custom made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. if you have an issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right! please contact us no later than 72 hours after order delivery.
