Hi friends! My name is Savannah and I'm the owner of paige&pink Candle Co. I married my husband Chris back in 2021. I am a mom of a 3 year old little boy & a 10 month old baby girl! I have a passion for what I do & would love to tell you why.

When I was pregnant with our son in 2020, I did what most women do - which is to look up things to avoid during preganancy. Something I was surprised to see on that list was to avoid burning candles. I couldn’t imagine why & had to know more! After doing loads of research, I found out what is in the majority of store bought candles. Most store bought candles use paraffin wax. Paraffin is a type of wax that comes from petroleum. Many fragrances in candles contain phthalates which are solvents used to extend the aromatic strength of fragrance oil. Many people get headaches & are sensitive to candles that contain them! They are also known to affect hormone levels & fertility. After this shocking discovery, I was on a mission to create a candle safe to burn around the whole family.

I started my business after having my son when I was going through postpartum anxiety. Candle making is truly therapeutic for me & has helped my mental health tremendously.
