fragrance oils have different weights. diffusers are filled by weight, not volume. you may see slight differences in the amount of liquid in each diffuser. 

for best results, flip your reeds once per week! if used properly, you diffuser should last for 3-4 months. keep your diffuser in a high traffic area to help disperse scent.
